The Jörg Pattusch dealership in Dresden (planned by Stuhr architects in Dresden) is distinguished by new benchmarks in design and functionality. With an exhibition space of over 750 square metres, new workshop rooms and direct reception spaces, the largest Audi terminal in eastern Germany was built next to the existing dealership.
Butzbach supplied a sectional door SPACELITE HTU (workshop entrance) as well as a total of seven stacking doors SPACELITE HT for the new showpiece. Six of the stacking doors installed are completely equipped with double-glazed door panels. They were integrated in the exterior façade as the entrance to the direct reception spaces and in the interior façade as the entrance from these direct reception spaces to the workshop located behind them.
The double-glazed elements are convincing thanks to an especially sophisticated look and excellent thermal insulation properties up to 1.1 W/m²K. The thermal losses through double-glazed panels can thus be reduced to half the level of conventional plastic panels. In addition, the doubleglazed panels are permanently protected against cleaning or scratch marks and also against tarnishing. In addition to these doors, in each case two access doors of the same design were installed so that personnel and customers can pass through the individual areas without operating the stacking or sectional doors. The seventh stacking door was installed in the area of the vehicle handover: The fibreglass door filling in the colour Brilliant additionally enhances this exclusive area and gives it a particularly sophisticated and pleasant ambiance.
